August 2006 - During the SBU meeting at the International Management Meeting 2006 of the Process Engineering Division in London it was agreed, that Niro Process Technology B.V. in `s-Hertogenbosch-NL, will no longer remain a stand alone company but will officially become a part of the SBU Evaporation & Crystallization with immediate effect. Due to the complexity of the Process Engineering Division with some 90 legal entities involved the division is grouped into various “Strategic Business Units in order to exploit synergies and advantages when dealing with the same clients or technologies worldwide.

Niro PT is a supplier of freeze concentration and melt crystallization units with applications in the food and the chemical industry.
